THE PRODUCTION

R&D

As a R&D specialist, BeTeC relies on a strict manufacturing process (G.M.P.) and chooses only the best facilities in P.R. of China that are able to produce an output that complies to all modern standards and compliances.

Our team of product engineers and designers in Thailand, Taiwan and P.R. China, continually look for cheaper and better ways to manufacture medical devices to administer drugs in an affordable and convenient way, offering maximum protection.

We do this, based on our own market research and demand as well as on behalf of medical companies acting as their OEM partners.

Facilities

Located near Shanghai- PRC, the facilities total an area of 43,000 sqm, with a total production area of 15,000 sqm of which 5,500 sqm is clean air worshop with less than 10,000 grade air purification. Skilled workers and an efficient management team stand warrant for a smooth production and export to overseas markets. Eventhough injection and assembly are done in clean air workshops, sterilization of the finalized product is done by the use of Ethylene Oxyde gas (E.O.), which guarantees a completely sterile packed product, ready for use by the nurse.

Quality

Our plant meets the ever increasing international market demands and has successfully obtained Total Quality System certification, conform to NS-EN ISO 9002 : 1994 and ISO 13488 : 1996 and compliance with the EEC93/42 directive on medical devices - "CE 0434".

Our facilities do not only meet the necessary quality certification, but also possess the skills and know-how of procuring the right and best components. With an in-house testing laboratory we guarantee good manufacturing process to ensure a high quality output.
